AfinclicFinancial Technologies, Inc. issues loans exclusively under the brand name Afinloans. Loans are subject to compliance with Utah state regulations, and the issuance of a license/registration to operate in the state is approved. Availability of loans may be subject to regional eligibility within Utah. Personal Loans Information
Lender information: Personal loans in the state of Utah are originated by Afinclic Financial Technologies, Inc., under the brand name Afinloans which is owned by Afinclic Financial Technologies, Inc. Loans are currently available only in Utah, specifically in Salt Lake County, Utah County, Weber County and Davis County. THIS IS A LOAN SOLICITATION ONLY. Afinclic Financial Technologies, Inc. IS THE LENDER.
Product Terms
Lending products are subject to eligibility requirements and approval. Terms may vary by applicant and are subject to change. No prior credit history is required to qualify. Typical personal loan amounts range from $500 to $5,000, with fixed annual percentage rates of up to 35.99%. Loan terms are between 2 to 12 months, and repayment frequencies may be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Origination fees range from 1% to 5% of the loan amount, deducted at funding. Late payments are subject to a default annual percentage rate of 35.99% per year.
Pricing Information
Loan availability is limited to the state of Utah. The loan terms offered are specific to Afinclic Financial Technologies, Inc. and may not be comparable to other lenders or products. For example, for an unsecured personal loan with a principal amount of $3,000, a term of 6 months, an origination fee of 3% ($90), and an annual fixed interest rate of 25%, the borrower will receive $2,910 and make 6 monthly payments of $533.50
The granting of loans is limited to the capital (funding) available to Afinloans

This E-Sign Disclosure and Consent (“Consent”) applies to all Communications for our products and services offered or accessible through online or electronic communications, including our interactive Web site, e-mail, or other means that are not otherwise governed by the terms and conditions of an electronic disclosure and consent.
The words “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AFINLOANS, and our agents, successors, and assignees. The words “you” and “your” mean you, the individual(s) who have established electronic contact with us.
As used in this Consent:
- “Loan” means any loan you have with us.
- “Communication” means any customer agreements or amendments thereto; periodic billing or loan statements; disclosures; notices; responses to inquiries, requests, or demands; transaction history; privacy policies, and all other information related to the Loan, including but not limited to information that we are required by law to provide to you in writing; and communications with regard to other offers from us.
1. Scope of Communications to Be Provided in Electronic Form
You agree that we may provide you with any Communications that we may choose to make available in electronic format, to the extent allowed by law, and that we may discontinue sending paper Communications to you unless and until you withdraw your consent as described below. Your consent to receive electronic communications and transactions includes, but is not limited to:
- All legal and regulatory disclosures and communications associated with your Loan, or any application or inquiry you may make regarding a Loan. For example, you may submit a Loan Application to us by Web interface or App, and we may choose to send by e-mail legally required notification of our responses to your Loan Application.
- Notices or disclosures about a change in the terms of your Loan Rewards.
- Privacy policies and notices.
- Periodic billing statements for your Loan.
- Notices of actions you must take to keep your Loan in good standing.
2. Method of Providing Communications to You in Electronic Form
All Communications that we provide to you in electronic form will be provided via one of the following methods:
- E-mail or SMS.
- Access to a website designated in an e-mail notice at the time the information is available.
- Access to a website generally designated in advance for such purpose.
- Downloading a PDF file containing the Communication.

4. How to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications in electronic form by calling, e-mailing, or writing us at one of our Communications Addresses.
At our option, we may treat your provision of an invalid e-mail address, or the subsequent malfunction of a previously valid e-mail address, as a withdrawal of your consent. We will not impose any fee to process the withdrawal of your consent. Any withdrawal will be effective only after we have a reasonable period of time to process it.
5. How to Update Your Records
It is your responsibility to provide us with true, accurate, and complete contact information. You can update your information by calling, e-mailing, messaging through the App, or writing to us at one of our Communications Addresses.
6. Hardware and Software Requirements
To access, view, and retain electronic Communications, you must have:
- Sufficient electronic storage capacity.
- An e-mail account with Internet access.
- A device capable of receiving, accessing, displaying, printing, or storing Communications.
- Adobe Reader version 8.0 or higher.
- A supported web browser: Microsoft Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox.
- A valid email address.
7. Requesting Paper Copies
We will not send you a paper copy of any Communication unless you request it. You can print it yourself or request a mailed copy. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to provide a paper copy of any Communication.
8. Communications in Writing
All Communications, whether electronic or paper format, will be considered “in writing.” You should print or download a copy of this Consent and any other important Communications.
9. Federal Law
You acknowledge and agree that your consent to electronic Communications is provided in connection with a transaction affecting interstate commerce, subject to the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act.
10. Termination / Changes
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to discontinue providing electronic Communications or to change the terms and conditions. If we do so, we will provide you with notice as required by law.
